Provide design support to all OSDH program areas and county health departments by designing, developing and producing materials for internal and external clients.
Ensure materials align with OSDH brand standards.
Creates content, layout, design, and final art elements; logo, artwork, images, illustrations, colors, typography and other graphic elements.
Work with other communications team members to produce content.
Maintain an understanding of graphic design trends and best practices and how they can be implemented into OSDH concepts.
Contribute design templates to LucidPress.
Corrects and edits low and high-resolution images.
Archives original art and other related work.
Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
Other graphic design duties as assigned.
Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
Works effectively in team environment, participating and assisting their peers.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, visual design and at least five years of related qualified professional level experience required.
